T-Mobile’s recent decision to stop sending the bills by mail without respecting the consumer's view it seems T Mobile does not know that some people do not have internet access, and that some people do not know how to handle the computer or can’t for health or financial reasons, T Mobile seems not know that some people use the mobile for emergency only and they have certain arrangements to call in emergencies but have to submit a printed proof of their bills and they do not have access to printers.
