June's Critical mass saw a slightly different route. As always we met at Southbank and managed to lave 7.15pm.
Following the killing of Marie Vesco on the A23 her friends, rampART and Food Not Bombs asked people to ride to Brixton, where she served free food every Sunday afternoon with Brixton Food Not Bombs.

On June 26, 2008, the one year anniversary of indigenous warrior John Graham's imprisonment in Vancouver and the 33 year anniversary of the Incident at Oglala, about 20 people, Native and non-Native, picketed and gave out leaflets in solidarity outside of the Ocean Plaza office tower in downtown Vancouver where, at least until recently, the Cash Minerals uranium mining company had its operations office.

The greater simians comprising chimpanzees, gorillas and orangutans are now to enjoy 3 rights - that of life, Protection of individual liberty & Prohibition of torture.

Gustavo Cabrera a contributor to IMC Rosario in Argentina was attacked whilst covering protests at the university in that city. The assault seriously wounded his left eye. The incident happened on May 23rd as the long standing "correspondent" of the election of the universities rector, a process which began in June 2007, was recording comments and conversation on a MP3 with a well known member of the socialist students' union.

Dig soil&sand into your bin to shutdown toxic incinerators for Victory now!!!

add 5 buckets + of soil & sand+other safe particulate unflammable as possible material to bottom of your bin before filling up. If you live by seaside your lucky, sand is still kept at petrol stations in buckets for a reason. This should seriously help shut the illegally toxic incinerators which regularly breach emissions.
