Ed and Rkn, both ex-LAYers (London Anarchist Youth), have decided we'd like to call a meeting to set up a new London Anarchist Youth Network. This isn't to run in competition with any AYN group it's just that we both felt that summer was a bit long to wait to start organising again. We felt, as well, that if we came to the AYN summer gathering in Bristol with something already existing, then maybe the setting up of a national network would be a bit more tangible.INFO ON THE G8

At least one UK organisation (a popular science publisher)is participating in a desperate attempt to stop "leaks"
of information by email. I received a tag in a private email about a
perfectly non-secret subject which has extremely threatening
language. Suggested antidote: respond publicly without quoting the content.

The first ceremony for immigrants granted British citizenship is to be held on Thursday.Sixteen adults and three children will take part in the event at Brent town hall in north London.
