T Mobile and its disregard to consumer’s views

T-Mobile’s recent decision to stop sending the bills by mail without respecting the consumer's view it seems T Mobile does not know that some people do not have internet access, and that some people do not know how to handle the computer or can’t for health or financial reasons, T Mobile seems not know that some people use the mobile for emergency only and they have certain arrangements to call in emergencies but have to submit a printed proof of their bills and they do not have access to printers. There are people who are disabled, suffer rheumatoid, and many on very tight budgets.
T Mobile and its disregard to consumer’s views
Most companies now do not shy from digging deep in every consumer’s pockets, using all means possible to manipulate, force, brainwash the customers in bold and small print without showing any respect to his needs.
This attitude became part of the consumer policies in the market in UK. But have no shame to treat him with disrespect to save extra pennies.
One example is T-Mobile’s recent decision to stop sending the bills by mail, the company was satisfied by sending a text message telling the consumer from now on, you will not receive a printed bill from us, you have to log on line and find out how much we are taking from your bank account.
This is a hooliganism attitude, it seems T Mobile does not know that some people do not have internet access, and that some people do not know how to handle the computer or can’t for health or financial reasons, T Mobile seems not know that some people use the mobile for emergency only and they have certain arrangements to call in emergencies but have to submit a printed proof of their bills and they do not have access to printers. T Mobile like other mining companies treat the consumer politely until he signs the contract, the minuet he does he should not expect any respect whatsoever and his views are not valued. People do not have the time or the resources to keep writing to every single company saying PLEEEEEEASE respect our modest intelligence when we were tricked to believe that our views matters and signed a contract with you.
