Update from the occupied library, and events today and this evening...
Good morning from the library!
We had a great day yesterday, the Lewisham Anti-Cuts Alliance came and held their weekly meeting in the space, we had a (very active) skillshare on kettling tactics and how to keep mobile on the streets, and we had great acoustic music, spoken word and informal fun times into the evening.
We've got plenty going on today in the run up tomorrow and beyond.
12pm - Open discussion about the occupation, the cuts, Thursday and beyond
1pm - Outreach meeting to reach out to the surrounding area, specifically today to go and engage with local school and college students, and anti cuts groups, to organise together
5pm - Forum with students from local schools and colleges
6:30pm - General meeting
8pm - Street tactics workshop
Please come and visit, get involved, enjoy the space,
Solidarity,

Whistleblower Julian Assange has been dubbed ‘the world’s most dangerous man’ not because he has revealed U.S. secret documents and war crimes but his WikiLeaks website has exposed the arrogance and prepotency of a U.S. system that shoots first, asks questions later and treats its allies with imperial disdain. Is there any difference between China and USA?
