A positive step to end sexual violence

I am very pleased with a recent development in the wikileaks scandal, that is, having a sex offender with relativity minor crimes reaching the top of the Interpol wanted list. If you look at his page it mentions nothing about wikileaks, only that he is wanted for sex crimes. now regardless of what I think of wikileaks, I can only guess that as sex crimes goes there are much more serious ones then the ones he is accused of, and that there are people on the loose who are much more dangerous sex offenders and don't make it to this list. so in support of Interpol's positive step towards ending sexual violence and sex crimes, I propose that anyone who's been sexually assaulted, and whose perpetrator is on the loose, should report it to Interpol, and we'll see those people making it to the international most wanted list.

Now I don't know if he's a rapist or a sexual deviant. I am not big on heroes, he can do something great like wikileaks and still be a rapist, and those things are unrelated to one another. A villain and a hero, well we are all a mixture of those two, as long as we don't idealise him, we won't be disappointed if it turns out that he is. and if he is, then I hope he rots in jail, regardless of the fact that I think putting the world's diplomats and politicians to account is a great thing to do.

so lets bombard Interpol with requests for sex offenders, lets make sure he isn't the only one being haunted like a dog for this heinous crime, and that we take all of them down.
