Canada's Neo-Conservative Regime recently committed the gaffe of allowing a diplomatic training manual - which lists the US and Israel as countries which engage in systemic Torture - to be seen by the public.Of course, under pressure from its "friends" this Government ensured both countries that it would Appease them both, and remove them from the list.
However, this doesn't mean they don't torture, just that we can't talk about it.
