Lawyers acting on behalf of Binyam Mohamed, a British resident in Guantánamo, who was rendered to torture in Morocco and in a CIA prison in Afghanistan, have sued the British government for refusing to provide evidence that may assist in his defence at Guantánamo. Andy Worthington, author of “The Guantánamo Files,” reports.
