Glasgow False Flag Terror - NOT!
03-07-2007 00:51
When the two pathetic 'car bombs' were found in London, many people were quite rightly skeptical. While the media predictable spouted nonsense about the failed attacks having all the hallmarks of everyones favorite bogyman, al-Qaeda, the 'truth movement' people started their own predictable 'False Flag' speculation. Now however, the attack at Glasgow airport shed doubt onto those pointing at the British Security Forces as those behind the attacks.Immigration Reform Is Needed, After Bush
03-07-2007 00:40
Stewart Alexander, a presidential hopeful with the Peace and Freedom Party, says, “I believe Congress should work on comprehensive immigration reform after President Bush ends his term in office. I do not believe this important issue should be used as a political football or as a bandage for an administration that is hemorrhaging before the nation and the world.”Caught Red-Handed: Media Backtracks on Iran's anti-Israel "threat"
02-07-2007 22:37
For close to two years, the media has stubbornly clung to a long discredited story about the Iranian President’s alleged threat to “destroy Israel” with nuclear weapons Iran doesn’t have and denies any intent to acquire. ‘Wiped off the map, wiped off the map,’ they bleat incessantly, even though his actual words, “The Imam [Khomenei] said this regime occupying Jerusalem must vanish from the page of time,” were paralleled with the fall of regimes like the Soviet Union and Iran's former U.S.-installed monarchy [see: “WIPED OFF THE MAP” - The Rumor of the Century for a thorough disassembly of this claim]. From the start of his Presidency, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has rhapsodized regularly about the demise of the ‘Zionist regime’ in various metaphorical terms. He and his associates in the Iranian government have compared its fate to the Pharaohs of Egypt and the former apartheid regime in South Africa (which they also did not recognize), but never have they threatened to start a war with any country.Legal challenge to make BNP leadership election democratic?

02-07-2007 16:44
The thwarted car bombings in London and the attack on Glasgow Airport have appalled people the world over. The political perspective underlying these attacks is utterly reactionary. Directed against innocent people, the terrorist campaign plays directly into the hands of the British government and the police.Report documents over one million “severely poor” children in UK

Mainstream media ignore the plight of MOVE 9 and journalist Mumia Abu-Jamal
02-07-2007 13:24
Ramona and Fred are touring the UK, speaking and showing a new documentary about MOVE to galvanise support for the MOVE 9, due for probation later this year, and Mumia Abu-Jamal's ongoing legal battle against the death sentence.
Although a press release highlighting the experiences of Ramona, the MOVE 9 and incarcerated journalist Mumia Abu-Jumal was circulated widely to local and national press contacts, there was no coverage of the speaking tour and film showing in the mainstream press in Birmingham. The only coverage Ramona and Fred received was a radio interview on Unity FM http://unityfm.net - 'the only Muslim led community radio station in Birmingham'. The show airs at 5 pm today (Monday 2nd July 07) on 93.5 FM in Birmingham.

UK expatriate Bangladeshis hard earned cash robbed by Bangladeshi outfit
02-07-2007 10:56
A number of spontaneous demonstrations have been held in the UK, including in Luton and mainly in London. The people agitating in these demonstrations are almost all Bangladeshis [or arte people of Bangladeshi origins with needy relatives back in Bangladesh] who have just found out that a money transfer outfit they gave a total of several £Million to has stolen their cash. All kinds of short term characters are embarked on exploiting the situation for their petty and unpleasant ends.Oz Federal Cop targets Academic Inaccuracies
02-07-2007 10:48
A study which cost Australian taxpayers $200,000 by way of an academic grant, was duly trounced as hysterical and misleading (inferred) by the good ‘horse sense’ of Federal Police Chief Mick Keelty. The study makes imaginative claims of local 'terrorist activity' and utilises abstract and ambiguous terminology such as, "ideological sleeper cells" – by definition everyone is an 'ideological sleeper' as we are all prone to change our minds at any given time.GM Potato Protesters in Court in Cambridge
