City think tank Centre for Cities is busy producing propaganda that business will pay but this is yet another scam where ordinary people must read the fine print. The amount of money is not known, what we do know is the money will be ringfenced (ie a guaranteed sum), the contribution has set time limits (the City won't be locked into contributing) - Guess the only people not protected in this apparent deal - taxpayers. That is where Ken Livingstone is setting up Gordon Brown to help transport users and taxpayers to fund a scheme that will benefit the City.

They are suspected of blowing up "Nevsky express" train in Novgorod region which happened on the 13th of August 2007. According to the law people suspected of terrorism may be arrested for 30 days, but we demand their immediate release.

Governor Rick Perry accepted a recommendation from the state parole board and said today he would spare condemned prisoner Kenneth Foster from execution and commute his sentence to life. Foster had been scheduled to die on 30th August 2007.
