"MediaSpree" is a capitalistic project made by big companies, like "O2", "Anschutz Entertainment Group" ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anschutz_Entertainment_Group ), "MTV", "Universal", ..., to build big, ugly blocks, near by the Spree river who cross 2 "poor" quarters (Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain) in Berlin.

Puyo, EcuadorGloria Ushigua and Rosa Gualinga, two indigenous leaders, were attacked on Sunday August 26, after months of receiving death threats for their efforts to protect the territory of the Zapara people in the Ecuadorian Amazon. As we go to press it is reported that the Rail, Maritime and Transport union (RMT) has suspended the strike action taken by some 2,300 London Underground maintenance workers. Several hundred workers at Stockport Mail Centre returned to work today having walked out unofficially on Friday. Meanwhile national talks between the CWU leadership and Royal Mail have been extended until Sunday.
