All inquests into UK deaths in Iraq are held in Oxford. Most of them have been delayed for unreasonable amounts of time. Many of them have called for US service personnel to be witnesses, but the US has always refused this. Now the coroner who demanded that video footage of one 'friendly fire' incident has been sacked.
