Here is an earlier segment from the film released 2 weeks ago of a protester up a crane in Alltwen, near Trebanos in the Swwnsea Valley.
A National Grid worker is clearly hears saying he would start up the crane and shake the bastard off it.
The crane driver then proceeds to start the crane and move the crane "arm" towards a 4 mtr deep excavation.
The protester is now having legal advice and will be making a complaint of attempted murder against the crane driver and his manager.
