24-11-2007 15:09police are increasingly using a growing arsenal of "safe weapons"that kill from tasers to toys & state terror.
We are being daily fed a diet of bullshit by the corporate state, so it comes as no suprise, 2 paranoid android officers twice tasered a diabetic on a empty bus despite being ordered not to if he did not respond
Dont the officers in this case need publicly reprimanding at the least.
If the authorities dont do it themselves the communities they police may feel forced to.
But shouldnt we all be reprimanding people like the Bush Family & other corporate oligarchs whoes powerhungry cultivation of terrorist groups & regimes has led to this situation & get true democracy
23-11-2007 19:23The Darfur region of Sudan possesses the third largest copper and the fourth largest uranium deposits on the planet, in addition to strategic location and significant oil resources of its own. Are “Save Darfur” and the prevention of genocide the covers of convenience for the next round of US oil and resource wars on the African continent?
23-11-2007 15:19The war is still the number one issue in the U.S. 2008 Elections, but even as we work to bring this war to an end, it is essential that the country look at real solutions rather than illusory for-profit “solutions” to our basic problems: the crisis facing an aging working class, poverty, homelessness, the cost of living, low wages, inflation, the recession, and many other issues on the American agenda of things-to-do.
23-11-2007 02:53The Bush administration is turning Iraq into a test tube for modern techniques of repression, from sophisticated biometrics that track populations to devastating weapons systems that combine night-vision optics from drone aircraft, heat resonance imaging and deadly firepower from the sky to kill suspected insurgents. The harsh repression surrounding the “surge” has drawn far less U.S. press attention. The grim reality, however, is that an increasingly desperate American military has stepped up its indiscriminate killing and jailing of Iraqis, especially “military-age males” or MAMS.
In November 2006 detainees at Harmondsworth immigration detention centre

The centre was damaged and the detainees were moved to other detention

20-11-2007 11:40A twenty year old Frederick Maryland man is dead as the result of the use of this offensive weapon, and still they claim that it is less lethal. THAN WHAT?
