Detainee Solidarity London is calling for a demo this Saturday at Harmondsworth in solidarity with the 55 detainees on hunger strike since last week.

Yarl's Wood Migrant Solidarity are calling a demonstration at 12pm on Sunday, 14 March in solidarity with the women on hunger strike in Yarl’s Wood Immigration Removal Centre.

The legal aftermaths of Iceland’s last winter revolt are now being determined. A court case against nine individuals who entered the parliament with the intension to protest, was filed this morning and will continue in April. The people are facing very serious accusations; being supposed to have broken laws that might bring them years in prison.

Another Day in Calais

On Friday a group of No Borders Activists went to Calais. We were told that Africa House had been subject to raids by the CRS every night, usually twice for the last week. This is not unusual. Migrants are arrested to have their fingerprints taken as proof that they have been in France, a so- called ‘safe country’ and then released.

His allegations are fatally damaging to the repeated "we are not neo-nazis" propaganda that Trevor Kelway and friends post regularly throughout the internet.


There's far more to it than that in an expose which if true, threatens to cast doubts on the continual rantings of EDL internet trolls that they are not nazis.

Sussex Students- Suspended, Excluded, Injuncted

Following last Wednesday's occupation of Sussex House (Sussex University's senior management HQ) 6 students have been arbitrarily suspended and excluded.

Additionally, the university has been granted a High Court injunction banning people from “entering” or “remaining” on campus without the university’s prior written consent.
