In an attempt to justify remand custody and draconian police measures a hunting cabin, which burnt down as a result of an over heating stove, has been used against Austrian animal protectionists in an accusation of arson. This scandal comes just weeks after it was revealed that the prosecution falsified a statement of a crown witness.

After telling one activists to stop using the megaphone as it was annoying the workers inside and the activist carrying on, he was arrested for section 5, but with four activists and only two police officers the games began. All charges have been dropped! What a surprise!

Burlusconi has almost got his immunity on corruption-not on human rights abuse

Mr Burlusconi who owns Italy and thus can bend the law to suit both his vanity
and ego has before cabinet a document which will allow immunity from prosecution
during his term of office. This would also include two speakers in the house.
Given that the immunity is only for corruption , one would hope that legal
and or criminal charges for incitement to violence would be brought against him
by the Italian citizens who have suffered injury due to pogrom and racist attack.

More frequently U.S. Senators can been seen on Television reading sections of HR 6304 which they claim will protect lawful persons in the U.S. from being targeted by government wiretaps. Not mentioned by the Senators, is that THE FISA AMENDMENTS ACT OF 2008 has a low level of “probable cause” that will permit Government to wiretap U.S. phone calls, faxes and emails.
