Charly Julienne Mbongue Ndongo and her 4 month old baby, Kiefer Nkana Moudiki (born in England) from Leeds are currently detained in Yarl's Wood Immigration Removal Centre. They have survived previous removal attempts to Cameroon. They face another removal attempt tomorrow , Thursday 14th February 2008 on Brussels Airlines flight SN2050 at 06:30 from Birmingham Airport to Brussels and onwards on flight SN351 to Douala, Cameroon.Home Office picketed today in Cardiff

The main aim of this paper is to compare and contrast antiSemitism in Britain – particularly contemporary Britain – with other forms of racism. A week ago the appeal submittedby the legal team responsible for the BK case on the
DRC was refused at the first stage. They are now preparing papers to take the appeal directly to the Court of Appeal. In the meantime, the Home Office have seized the opportunity to make up for lost time by detaining people going to sign and by
issuing them and people already in detention with removal directions.

If the Israeli policy makers think for a moment that this siege of Gaza will make Gazan Palestinians renounce Hamas in favor of the notoriously corrupt Fatah, they are making one huge mistake.Gazan Palestinians do not blame Hamas (which won the last election handily in what observers characterized as a free and fair election).
They blame Israel, period, end of discussion.
But the Israelis are very smart people, and already know that a change of heart, leading Gazan Palestinians to renounce Hamas and embrace Fatah probably won't happen.
Could it be that Israel craves more violence on the part (allegedly) of Hamas as their justification of bombing Gaza to the point where no Gazan Palestinian will be left standing?
