A list showing the full contact details of shoppers and donors who used the far-right English Defence League’s (EDL) clothing website has been published online.

The website was compromised by hackers early on Sunday morning who replaced it with their own page. Almost 350 people who used the website have had their names, addresses and email addresses published online.

Calais, Dunkerque, Xmass... please come!

At Christmas/ New Year time there will be a festival of resistance in Calais, starting the 17th December with the projection of 'They are humans', award winning film about the Calais no border camp 2009 and what happened after...
...more people are expected to arrive, and it is a good opportunity for new people to get involved, and do something.

Please come to Calais soon if you can, as we cannot be active both in Calais and Dunkerque, unless we have more people on the ground... and the situation in Dunkerque is critical.

Five Somalians nationals were convicted of piracy in a United States federal court in Norfolk, Virginia on Nov. 24. The sentencing of the Somalians will take place in March 2011 and they could be given life in prison based on a combination of slave-era laws and criminal statutes that have not been litigated in this manner since 1861....

In 2008, Rangzieb Ahmed from Rochdale was sentenced to life in prison for directing acts of terrorism and was ordered to serve a minimum of ten years. In late June this year, he was given leave to appeal his convictions following allegations that he had been tortured in Pakistan with the complicity of the UK intelligence services.
