In the early houses of Saturday morning, activists occupied and shut-down the HQ and only UK frefight warehouse of Carmel Agrexco - Israel's largest agricultural exporter form the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Protestors have shut down operations at the Carmel Agrexco warehouse near Heathrow Airport. Two protestors are locked to a vehicle barrier, one to a truck and one to a main gate. Two protestors have climbed on top of the truck to further immobilise any loading or unloading work, and suspended banners. In a London hospital Mahmoud Abu Rideh lies in a critical condition from a hunger strike against the Control Order conditions which he has lived under for more than three years. Following an attempt on his life more than a month ago, he has been refusing food, and much of the time even ice cubes or water for 31 days. Wheelchair-bound, he is now coughing and excreting blood.
