ALL people INCLUDING Muslim youths would be deprived of rights if the Blair Bill was not stopped. That there has been no evidence produecd in any court of law that ANY independent religious group had been responsible, for any excuse that Blair Terror was based on.

Film 'Germinal' Resounds With Insights For Today's Challenges

I saw this French film years ago, but have been re-watching such films of late, seeing that i have a very different take on them than when i was much younger. Watching this one (with English subtitles) brought some gems of thinking through things that i fear are not being thought through adequately in the current crisis in France and soon (?) to be elsewhere, surely.

Nestle Fairtrade a 'big joke' says Colombian trade unionist

Nestlé launched a Fairtrade coffee in the UK in October 2005 and claims that it is the latest example showing how Nestlé cares for its suppliers. A trade unionist from Colombia claims : "This is a big joke. They are lying to the people" citing the devastating impact of Nestlé's policies on dairy and coffee farmers in Colombia.
