Several Israeli army tanks and bulldozers stormed Al Farahien and 'Abassan Al Kobra areas near Khan-Younis south of the Gaza Strip and the Rafah crossing was closed again after three days of operating. In the West Bank today, the Israeli military court ruled that eighteen Palestinian legislators are to remain imprisoned. These stories and more coming up stay tuned.

barbara tucker takes superintendent terry to court tomorrow morning, and perhaps to the cleaners. horseferry road magistrates will sit for her 'abuse of process' hearing in reference to police arrests, reports and summonses in the socpa zone. she will show that the police have acted unlawfully by not authorising her one-person ongoing protest and instead embarking on a campaign of harrassment, intimidation and violence.

barbara tucker and steve jago appeared in court on friday. this summons was from a 'report to the crown prosecution service' of their alleged 'unauthorised demosntration' outside downing street on the 2nd july.  http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2006/07/344035.html
in a restriction of their human rights they are on conditional bail not to enter downing street or parliament square
