This is an action against TransCanada Pipelines - the major multinational pipeline company that is trying to build a pipeline across unceded Lubicon land despite the United Nations explicitly calling on Canada to stop violation of Lubicon rights. Incredibly, Scientology imports many of these recruits to the USA on "religious worker" visas, and uses them as servants. Let’s look at the racist views of Scientology’s founder L. Ron Hubbard.

One of the Scientology cult’s many front operations is called the "Volunteer Ministers." Human rights advocates, public health officials, and emergency personnel in nations worldwide have another name for these jet-setting opportunists. They call them "Vulture Ministers." Increasingly, Scientology is targeting the people of less-wealthy countries in Africa, Asia, Oceania and South America.

In the United States, both the Republicans and the Democrats see the old NATO transformed into this new offensive military alliance as a good (neocon) idea to promote American interests around the world, as well as those of its close allies, such as Israel. It is not only an idea actively promoted by the neocon Bush-Cheney administration, but also by the neoconservative advisers to both 2008 American presidential candidates, Sen. John McCain and Sen. Barack Obama. Indeed, both 2008 presidential candidates are enthusiastic military interventionists, and this is essentially because both rely on advisers originating from the same neocon camp.
