Gay Pride, Labour Shame

01-07-2004 12:07 | Gender | Social Struggles | London | World

OutRage! exposes Labour's 20 failings on queer human rights. These are 20 concrete, specific instances when Labour had an opportunity to overturn homophobia, but chose to maintain discrimination. Labour talks a lot about equality, but often fails to deliver. When it comes to the crunch, the government seems more interested in appeasing the homophobes of Middle England than in enacting rights for queers.

Nek Mohammad: Shalid - The Man Bush Feared the Most

18-06-2004 23:57 | Social Struggles | World

Outgoing, Friendly - Nek had Sincerity and Faith - Always

Bush and Rumsfeld feared Mohammad enough to risk the deaths of Karazi (the US Afghan puppet) and the military dictator stooge Pervez Musharraf, in Pakistan. Few in the West could compare to this 27 year old fighter.
