The U.S. Supreme Court decided not to take the landmark debt case between Argentina and bondholders led by NML Capital, a hedge fund that buys the debt of countries in financial crisis. Argentina is expected to file a second petition in the coming months that the Supreme Court will review and decide again if it will hear the case. In June, Argentina filed a writ of certiorari to the U.S. Supreme Court asking the court to overturn a ruling by the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals made last October. The ruling ordered Argentina to pay bondholders $1.33 billion based on the court’s interpretation of a pari passu, or parity clause.

This week we continue our look at the secret state with the help of Scott Noble's latest film, Counter Intelligence on the out of control apparatus of "national security services". The focus this week is on drug trafficking and False Flag operations. We supplement the adaptation with some classic Michael Ruppert on the narco-connection to US politics, Mark Crispin Miller on the phrase "conspiracy theory" and a speaker on the FSB and the Ryazan Apartment bombing of 1999.

Despite all violence, lies and hypocrisy, Egypt has not ceased bleeding since the military coup that killed its avantgarde role in the revolution a month ago. The wound has been inflicted externally out of a malignant observer role and targeted against the process of constitutional rebuilding rather than against the geopolitical assets of the country, as an internal power rivalry would suggest. Objectively it has changed things from bad to worse – while the deposed president is not missed because he had given way too much power to the military, the latter now having grabbed all of the former´s powers is an entirely new level of misery, the opposite of a qualitative improvement. This run-up has proven that the role of a military in a revolution is that of the proverbial nose of the camel in the tent. If it is not pushed out with all appropriate determination, soon the entire thing will try to squeeze itself in, with predictable results. But only in this aspect the Egyptian military can be compared to a local animal, because it is just as externally manipulated as it is externally paid. What occurred against Egypt in the form of this incident is a failure of the international system – the last beacon of human reason has walked out of the discourse surrounding the country, and the consequence is obvious – the disarmament is stalling and people are dying.

The USA has 14 so-called "intelligence services". How "intelligent" are they, what "services" do they perform for whom? Who decides what they get up to? Who even knows? If killing is wrong, is it any less so if done for money behind pretenses of 'national secrecy'? What about helping pay for such acts, for example, by paying taxes?
