Also known as the "Lutfur Council", thanks to the work of Andrew Gilligan, Tower Hamlets Council has not dropped any of its sub-fascist traits despite the over-promotion of the Council as one “friendly” to the “ethnics” generally and to alleged Islamic Fundamentalist in particular.
