-------------------------------------------------------------------

Marelec is a military fair in Amsterdam, specialising in warship techniques like sonar and other electromagnetic applications. Sonar is a technique that kills dolfins. So we oppose this fair from an animal-rights viewpoint too. We hope to have some short summary in English on the website soon.

Appeal for an English action

04.04.2006 22:39

That is a very cool protest website, but I can almost read it, you need to translate it for support from the UK. Like tommorow, my dutch wouldn't do it justice and folk need to plan more than two weeks for most events.

I'm trying to organise sympathy actions in France, Australia, Scotland - even Norway! If somebody else could do something - anything - at any of the English targets then we are bound to enlist the various established anti-sonar campaigns in the US, it could really be an international day.

All great actions are always last minute !!
