The Autonomous camp (part of the Climate Camps movement) is now taking place in Lévis (Québec), nearby the future site for the methane port. This is a letter sent to the other Climate Camps now in action.

Discussions about the kids' march on Saturday were held by about a dozen young children who occupied the top of a World War Two bunker in a small woodland at the Camp for Climate Action on Sunday afternoon.
The Children of the Eco warriors questioned the way that the climate camp meetings had completely ignored them and had not give them the opportunity to make their own decisions for themselves.

The teenage girl illegally assaulted and snatched by the police at the conclusion of the day of mass action at the Camp for Climate Action is still missing.

The Children's Revolution joined together with the Orange march to Kingsnorth power station on the day of mass action and combined with the children of local residents to help form a huge blockade which attracted the attention of all the international news media.

Here's a series of shows and interviews from Climate Camp which is based at Kingsnorth in Kent to oppose the continual use of this coal fired power station and the plans to build more.

Police have set up a search regime for every single person visiting the camp that is unknown at any border checkpoint in the world other than Israel / Palestine. It is analogous to that faced by visitors to prison. It assumes anyone going to the camp is a potential criminal, whereas the legal power used requires them to have actual suspicion that they are.

Police have thieved vast quantities of materials trying to either scupper the camp or prevent effective direct action taking place. This is clearly unlawful, but for various reasons we unfortunately failed to find a way to use the law to prevent it happening.
