No to EU sanctions Against People's Korea !

ASSPUK, JISGE and UK KFA | 31.05.2016 12:37 | Globalisation | London | World

The European Union has imposed yet more sanctions on the Democratic People's Republic of Korea on top of those already imposed in April. The DPRK Foreign Ministry have issued a statement on this and we have published a statement in support of the stand of the DPRK Foreign Ministry

The Association For the Study of Songun Politics UK(ASSPUK), the Juche Idea Study Group of England(JISGE) and the UK Korean Friendship Association(UK KFA) issued a joint statement in support of the statement of the Foreign Ministry of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)with regard to the sanctions imposed by the European Union on the DPRK:
The EU has announced severe and draconian sanctions against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea which virtually impose a trade embargo against the DPRK and prevent ships and planes of the DPRK from entering the territory of the European Union. The EU sanctions are a hostile act against the DPRK, as the statement of the DPRK Foreign Ministry says " International laws, however stipulate that blockade-like sanctions against a sovereign state in peace time are an act of aggression and an illegal action."
The imposition of the sanctions by the EU shows that the EU is not an independent entity but in fact closely follows the US and does whatever the US tells it to do.
The EU counts amongst its members some nuclear powers that have stockpiles of nuclear weapons and also countries that have launched satellites. How can the EU impose sanctions on the DPRK for nuclear tests and satellite launches when their own member states are doing the same. There are no international laws that prohibit the DPRK from launching satellites or carrying out nuclear test. Indeed nuclear tests and satellite launches are the legitmate sovereign of the DPRK as they have been carried out on the DPRK's own territory. Therefore it is no concern of the EU whether the DPRK carries nuclear tests or launches satellites , still less a reason for the EU to impose harsh sanctions on the DPRK.
As is well known the EU is rotten and corrupt , it is hated and rejected by the people's of its own member states ! The EU faces massive problems such as the Refugee crisis , unemployment , povertry and the potenital break-up of the EU itself due to member states leaving . The EU should resolve its problems before attempting to meddle in the affairs of others.
The EU can never bring down the DPRK through sanctions or force it to "reform" and "open up ". The DPRK does not need the imperialist banks and multi-nationals of the EU !The Korean people led by great Chairman KIM JONG UN smash the sanctions by upholding the great Juche idea and will heigthen the spirit of self-development ! The Korean people will uphold the banner of Songun and the line of dual development of the nuclear force and economy in parallel.
