Civil organizations have demanded that El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras make a commitment to children who have migrated to the US. Brazilian President Rousseff joined many other Latin American nations calling for a halt to what she termed a massacre in Palestine. US Senator Harry Reid says Israel urgently needs more financial aid from the US for its offensive against Palestine.
From JAPAN- The US Defense Department confirmed that it replenished Israeli ammunition last week. The leader of a pro-Russian militant group in eastern Ukraine denies possessing the surface to air missile launcher that allegedly shot down a Malaysian passenger jet last week. The Russian foreign ministry has condemned the US and EU for fresh sanctions in retribution for the Ukrainian crisis. The operator of the Fukushima nuclear plant has begun putting ice into underground tunnels to try to freeze leaking radioactive water before it reaches the Pacific Ocean. NHK Radio discovered that the Japanese government offered Fukushima prefecture billions in development money if they would store the highly radioactive waste in new temporary storage facilities. A prosecution panel has decided that 3 former executives at Fukushima should be indicted for their handling of the nuclear disaster.
From GERMANY- Several updates on the war in Palestine including the loss of electricity and how that affects the hospitals, and the UN condemnation of deadly missile attacks on their school housing war refugees. Argentina faced an economic default after talks with hedge fund creditors failed on Wednesday. There have been 4 cases of female suicide bombers in Nigeria in 5 days. Ukrainian government forces continued attacks on separatists in the east, making it impossible for investigators to reach the Malaysian jet crash site. Moscow dismissed the new US/EU sanctions.
From RUSSIA- An analysis of the effects that the new US/EU sanctions will have on Russia, and in turn on the US and the EU, while not resolving the bloodshed in Ukraine.

I was interviewed for an informative weekly radio show Mediageek, available at http://radio.mediageek.net
All that plus times and frequencies for listening at home. It's free to rebroadcast, please notify me if you're airing it and haven't notified me in the last month, please mention the website if you only air a portion. If you just want to listen and have a slow connection, try the streaming version- lower sound quality but good enough and way easier if you don't have a high-speed internet connection. If streaming is a problem because of your slow connection, download the smaller file- it takes 20 minutes or less, and will play swell in any mp3 player application (RealPlayer, Winamp, Quicktime, iTunes, etc) you have on your computer.
TIME SLOT on KZYX! This program will be aired on Sunday afternoon at 4pm (PST) on KZYX/Z Philo CA, you might be able to stream via
I hope you'll listen and air this if you're connected with a radio station. I am still wondering how to get financially compensated for the 25 hours I put into this program weekly- any ideas are appreciated. Any stations rebroadcasting this (or listeners) are welcome to donate for production costs. You can do so through the website. Many thanks to those that have donated! No Guilt! (maybe a little)
