communique of the prisoners of CCF, which was read in the courtroom during the hearing of 21st March 2012 in the second trial for so-called “Halandri case”. Re-posted from http://actforfree.nostate.net/?p=8438.
COMMUNIQUE:
We still have weapons and explosives…
but the most beautiful explosions occur within ourselves
As your military court will now keep on listening to the witnesses declarations referring to three attacks of the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire, we want to clarify a few things.
Quite often, both the judge and the public prosecutor ask questions on the power of the explosive devices. They ask whether these devices were powerful or not, and if they posed a risk to human life.
Our position as Conspiracy is quite concrete.
We pay no respect to human life, that’s all. Human life in itself does not consitute any ideal or supreme value. Life creates the chance to make choices. The choices we made are those that give value to our life and define it. Obviously, the choices made by a dignitary of Power, a judge or a jailer not only have no value for us but they are also enemies of our perception and dignity. These are people whose very existence is an offence to our aesthetic sense and our desire for a free and anarchist life.
It is therefore unquestionable the fact that we are at war with these people. As it is generally known, there are dead in war. For this reason we repeatedly and passionately support the guerrilla practice of political executions in our communiques and texts.
A free perosn is not the one who gets freedom from the illusions of democracy, but the one who takes arms in hand and struggles to conquer it.
On the other hand, as we have already said, the attacks carried out by the new urban anarchist guerrilla are always very concrete and have precise targets.
They aim at the heart of the enemy, right where Power triumphs and its representative live. They aim at banks, ministries, courts, police stations.
For this reason, each and every attack of the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire has been carried out in a such a way as to avoid even the slightest injury to passerbys. We usually achieved that with telephone calls to the media, so that police evacuated the area.
This also occurred as concerns the cases of Hinofotis’ flat, the Ministry of Macedonia and Tracia and Katseli’s house, for which attacks we are now on trial in the military court of Koridallos.
Now, concerning the power of our explosive devices, what we have to say is that the potential of a guerrilla action cannot be measured according to the weight of the explosive materials that are used or to the bullets that remain on the ground after an armed attack.
In the years of its activity the Conspiracy have been striking with improvised incendiary devices or weapons and powerful explosives. The choice of the means depends on the strategy of spreading the new urban guerrilla, anarchy and nihilism.
Depending on the attack we wanted to carry out, we chose the most appropiate means from our arsenals. Matches, petrol, black powder, TNT and bullets.
Therefore, we consider any question on the power of the explosive devices we used as meaningless, and we won’t answer. We won’t negotiate the sentences they ordered you to impose on us, nor will we beg the mitigating circumstances of your laws.
If you want an answer we’re going to give it to you in advance and once and for all. Regardless of the power of the explosive devices we used, it is the intention of the Conspiracy of the Cells of Fire to completely destroy the bases of your rotten system with dynamite.
Only then will the history of slaves and masters be broken up.
And in order for this to happen, bullets and explosives alone are not sufficient, what really counts is that everyone takes their life in their hands, believes in themselves and finds the strength to aim a weapon at the assassins of their existence.
“Strength is in our eyes,
bright and big like two flames in the night.
In all the places of the planet
At any time
In every prison
There, where people struggle, die and remain prisoners
because they dare do what is unattainable, for freedom
for a new life, for anarchy…”

How to make sure activists go to jail for the MAXIMUM time possible

Roads are the arteries of the military industrial complex. Cut the arteries you'll bleed it dry!
Road building is militarisation. Roads were the most notable relics of the Roman empire and Hitlers third reich. Just look at any map. They are the tentacles of the capital, any capital, capitalism!
When any nation becomes violent when it's dying, economically. When a nation is preparing for war, it builds roads. If we don't smash the military motorway network now it will grow and grow until it is too late.

Planting homemade bombs at banks does nothing but increase tension and militarises the struggle when the true militants - the so-called ordinary people - struggle daily against capital with even limited means.
It is no surprise that those that have and do participate in these actions are the children of the rich, with a superior sense of themselves and a contempt of the "passive" masses. I would say that the actions of FAI/Conspiracy are an extension of their class privilege, and instead of building the movement consign the movement to spectators.
The actual outcome of these attacks are more and more kids in jail - it is the cycle of these actions from attacks, communiques to the court house, to self-induced injuries and even death by the hands of the state.
This is not a revolutionary process. This is an individualist war against society, that is as much part of the individualist nature of capitalism.
Solidarity is a two way process. What solidarity do FAI/Conspiracy show, when the nature of solidarity itself is so outside of the dynamics of their actions.

Message to Indymedia

1. So the cops and right-wing media can use accusations of terrorism to drive a wedge between the activist community and the "ordinary" members of the public who have become disaffected by government corruption, by austerity, by police brutality and by the anti-democratic practices of mainstream politics etc
2. So they can use accusations of terrorism to have Indymedia activists arrested, to have the servers confiscated and scanned for forensic evidence, and to have Indymedia itself shut down
The reasons these trolls use Indymedia are because -
1. Whereas in the past it cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars to place agent-provocateurs in activist groups, pulling the same stunt in context of web services like Indymedia costs the State literally NOTHING
2. They can easily hide behind the small number of genuinely idealistic but gullible extremists they feed information to
3. You let them do it

Even if we accept your arguments, for the sake of it, as 100% correct, in reality you WON'T "smash the military motorway network", not now or ever. Period.
The ONLY thing you'll achieve is a bit more work for some highway maintenance contractors, and imprisonment for activists. Stop fantasising and try to suggest solutions you can actually make work

When societies begin to fail, the reaction of lefties it to try to bind it together even more tightly, resulting in more coercion, more force, more violence and less freedom. It's not a conscious decision, on the part of most people, it's just how societies work.
The less tightly bound a society is, the greater the resilience of the people to difficulties. The less we depend on each other, the more independent we become. Independence is freedom. Freedom is the best. Freedom is better than economic growth. Freedom is better than a unified society. Freedom is better than wealth. Nature gives us all the wealth we need. You may disagree. You may think that freedom sucks. If so I won't argue!
I don't want people to get their arms blown off in ill thought out acts of bravado. But I don't want people to modify their behaviour because of fear of jail. I do want people to develop the skills and critical thinking to take direct action, themselves, rather than under the auspice of political groups. And people should be able to be able to communicate why they do what they do.
But before you mention Anders Brevik, no he isn't just a nutter. There is a whole political belief system behind why he did what he did. And if we are afraid of it, we can not defeat it by empirical reason. We just force it under ground. When frustration boils in an enclosed vessel it explodes with more violence.
So lets talk about it. And let's talk about guns. Let's talk about bombs. Let's get them and use them as a form of expression, rather than be subjugated by them. I'd rather live in a society where every one caries a gun rather than where only the police carry a gun. You can't have a society where everyone is equal but only some groups have guns!
The battle is't just against the rich, or the establishment, it's against those who want to "make society work".
Why do nutters like me read indymedia? Because I like to here it told as people see it, rather than as they think they should tell it. That way it doesn't get completely dominated by lefties (or rightwingers or liberals).

"Anarchist" fail
24.03.2012 20:33
As for "Anarchist" assuming his/her opponents must be opposed to freedom, that assumption is as false as the illogical and incoherent conclusions s/he tried to draw from it
I wasn't going to mention Anders Breivik btw, but thanks for bringing that up, describing Breivik as a "nutter", then describing "nutters like me" is a bit of a self-revealing Freudian slip ;)

dose CCF follow this?

"Make work" implies positive force and is the opposite of freedom.
So based on the N.A.P.here's a solution that dose work on its own:
"my rights extend to where your rights begin.
If anybody infringes on my rights, I'll fight them."
I don't think Anders Brevik is a nutter. But I do think his logic is fundamentally untrue. And following untrue logic is dangerous. But that's another issue.
I don't really think I'm a nutter, though you may. I think my logic is fundamentally true, until someone shows me otherwise.
Everybody is so tied up with trying to force things work that they are hostile to distractions like truth.
