Eighteen year old Miriam leaves her restrictive life with her parents and dramatically flees from her job at the Mercia Building society. At the Flying Horse vegetarian cafe, she meets disillusioned ex-animal rights activist Paul. Miriam persuades him to drive her down south and she's soon having the time of her life organising a rave in Somerset. But Paul cannot escape from the demons of his past and his dark secret threatens to destroy everything.
Even if you haven't got a Kindle, you can download the first two chapters for free. I'd be really interested to know what you think. One of the main themes of the novel is the choice between non violence and the consequences of using violence by activists.

Having said that, Indymedia isn't for advertising. As I understand it, the first two chapters are free, but you have to pay to get the rest? Well, I respect your need to earn a living, but this really seems like advertising a product, and this isn't an appropriate place for it.
