The Lord's Resistance Army has been murdering innocent villagers and children for over a quarter of a century with impunity.
The Lord's Resistance Army despite the involvment of the AU and peacekeeping forces from the UN continues to kidnap and murder innocent villagers and children with impunity.
Since 2008 over 3,000 people have been murdered and half a million people have been displaced in the region.
There is a need for the states affected such as the DRC, CAR and Uganda to join up their forces, attack the LRA in its bases and bring its leaders to trial under the International Criminal Court warrant for war crimes and slavery.
