CONDEM’s Osborne gloats that Portugal's bailout plea proves that the CUTS policy in Britain is the 'right way'. Does this mean that everything is honkey dory and no one is starving in Britain?
The BBC's Carol Walker, one of the pair of very prominently platformed BBC correspondents that consistently heavily back the Tories' agenda - Laura K is the other one - filed in the past half hour justifying Osborne's gloat.
So far the BBC has not let in anyone with an independent comment challenging Osborne's gloat or policy.
Yesterday's coming into force of the CUTS policy has been allowed to slip by without any follow-up really on the effects on communities families and individuals.
The BBC is continuing to ask the abstract question about “Britain’s liabilities” in the Portuguese bailout. Contrast that with the BBC failure to show families, individuals across the country showing how they are being affected by the losses of income and other effects of unemployment
Instead the BBC is sticking to tabloid clips featuring ‘glamorous’ faces that really do not tell anything like the truth of just how wide spread hardship is in the country at the present time.
Isn't there any starvation in Britain today?
