Footage Leaks of Chinese Trawler Attacking Japanese Ships

On Thursday (Nov 5th), a footage was leaked online that recorded a Chinese
trawler intentionally smashing with a Japanese Coast Guard ship off the coast
of Senkaku Islands, Japan.

Ruling DPJ (Democratic Party of Japan) has so far refused to disclose the video
into the public eye for fearing that it would tarnish Chinese reputation among
Japanese and cause a serious damage to the trade ties between two countries.

The footage was about 45 min long, less than a half of the full version.
It, however, showed that Chinese trawler was heading directly toward Japanese ship,
disobeying an order in Chinese from the crew of Japanese Courst Guard.

Chinese government has been arguing that the collision was made by
Japanese ship and Japanese goverment should compensate them for the damage.

basically theres a group of rocks inbetween china, taiwan and japan, called the Sangaku (Triangle) Rocks in Japanese, the Japs claim they own them even though they are closer to Taiwan, China also claims they own them.
Why not split the area into 3 zones?
Anyway at the moment the Japanese Coast Guard is aggressivly patrolling the rocks keeping chinese, taiwanese and any other countries fishing vessels out, any fisherman detained by the japanese are normally held in detention for a few days and deported.
this is more than a cod war, as the japanese want to assert their claim over the islands for oil and gas etc below.
