Pravda has been running threads on the BP oil spill, animal rights, the primaries
etc. which Steve Ballmer of Microsoft might be quashing. Ballmer at many libraries has
a monopoly which excludes Firefox. These
libraries offer courses only in Microsoft products.
Microsoft's Bing is censoring antiwar sites
as well.

and prevent jumping to premature conclusions. Sites may vanish for a time because of hacking, unpaid server bills, admin problems, server update issues, server crashes, internet routing issues, DNS problems etc.
