Someone is providing SHACWatch with the names, home addresses and photos of activists. Who is doing this? Is it a corrupt police officer? Is it someone from the MRC? MI5? May we remind the police and MI5 that Black Operations are illegal and that the person behind SHACWatch is a mentally ill drug addict. It has been made obvious who is doing SHACWatch and evidence has been sent to activists.
People from SHACWatch are threatening to "come and get" activists. These threats have been posted on Indymedia. We know who is doing SHACWatch. They did a Facebook page where everything was worded in a startlingly similar way to SHACWatch and this person has made written attacks against activsts via SHACWatch along with the personal details, comings and goings of activsts. Where are they getting this information from? Why are they being allowed to get away with this?
Worse still, there are other "activsts" who have been joing in and supporting the person behind SHACWatch and their attacks on activsts.
I will also remind people that SHAC is far from being a completely illegal outfit in that Camden Council gave SHAC a Council Permit to do a stall on Camden High Street. Are Camden Council terrorists?
SHACWatch are operating illegally and are threatening people with violence.
SHACWatch have now gone further. They are posing as animal rights activists in the form of "The Camden Sanity Brigade" [written in much the same way as SHACWatch and attacking activists in much the same way] and have turned their attentions on a Halal butcher who has spoken out against the lab and who is a very popular Muslim community leader, Camden Councillors who have spoken out against the lab, and scientists who have spoken out against the lab. [Scientists from the NIMR went to the Camden New Journal and the Hendon paper to voice fears around the lab].
SHACWatch is run by a very ill person and it needs stopping particuarly as they are getting hold of people's details...such as home addresses.
It is time that they are investigated and stopped.

If you look on the SHACWATCH website you will see that whoever is doing it has way too much info on activists such as where they go, what they do, when and who with etc. Where are they getting this info from?
Yes there is evidence to back up these "wild claims".
Whoever is doing SHACWATCH has serious issues and needs stopping.

To be honest the actual SHACWATCHER is a bit of a joke. She threatened someone once with this "I've got areally big ring on, imagine if I punched someone with it on!" She did indeed have a big ring on her pudgy little hand. Next was the embarrassing moment when she encountered some rudeboys and in fear sprayed Pet Corrector at them to frighten them away.
She does hoever hold benefit gigs to raise money to have activists "done" which is where it gets dangerous. People have been attacked by lowlife scum who were paid by SHACWATCH. This can be backed up and a lot of people know about it.
Now SHACWATCH have turned their attantion to a Halal butcher and scientists. Yes this can be backed up. They are doing so in the from of the Camden Sanity Brigade.
All three blogs, the SHACWATCHER herself, SHACWATCH and the Camden Sanity Brigade are all worded the same and in the same way. This can be backed up.
SHACWATCH you sad, animal abusing, hateful, horrible little person, you have been found out.
SHACWATCHER has in fact been investigated by the RSPCA for cruelty to animals. This too can be backed up.

It is pretty clear that SHACWatch aren't posing as animal rights activists (at least, not in the way this article claims) nor do they have anything to do with people the poster has issues with e.g. The Camden Sanity Brigade.

This is all just the same string of lies from people who are petty enough to fall out with each other then decide to start rumours about these people. This vicious, backstabbing gossip has no place in the movement. The same goes for shit-stirring, mentally unstable people - take your issues elsewhere. This fight is for animals - not a fight between ourselves.
Yes there was an "anonymous tip-off" about who runs SHACwatch but it was pretty transparent - obviously part of some bitter argument between some of you (who I won't be naming - as I said, the gossip needs to end here) - people who somehow didn't know of a better way to stab someone in the back but decided instead to choose to waste the time of activist groups.
As already said we all know SHACwatch is met officer Steve Discombe with some ass-kissing little activist who thinks they're outsmarting everyone by feeding him info - I don't think so - nothing stays secret in this movement, we are not stupid.
Here's an idea everyone (you know who you are) -- these recycled old shit stirring rumours are a waste of everyone's time and we all have better things to do. Shut down shacwatch and whatever other mad blogs you're getting hysterical over, and go do some actual campaign work.
