Brisbane, Australia - Queensland Governor, Penelope Wensley has refused to act on judicial corruption allegations by Brisbane woman Jennifer Nash involving her brother Robert Wensley QC, a former Judge in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal.
The Tribunal complaint by Ms Nash about severe school bullying and education discrimination was never remedied and her teenage son was forced to leave school due to severe school bullying.
He was later ordered to pay Education Queensland more than $ 28,000 in legal costs when he did not return to the Tribunal for further hearings after enduring several distressing incidents.
The costs order contravenes The Rights Of The Child and the Anti Discrimination Act and is based on the Infants law Act from 1851.
