SARAH PALIN :Good news,BUT shortterm block seeing CLIMATE TURBULENCE....[DEC 6!]

yo | 04.09.2008 18:52 | Climate Chaos | Globalisation | Other Press | London | World

seeing as the G.O.P were ALMOST certain to pick a member of their party for the vice presidential slot, the most critical of "yellow, lefty websites" ( her campaign colours are red ) has to admit that there are possibly at least a FEW good things about her role in the upcoming debate, campaign . . . . (ETC !) . . . . BUT she REALLY has to wise up about climate turbulences causes - yes, oil, people, etc - as she gets a bit critical of the cash laundries, speculators loopholes, etc of the ACTUAL "ol'boys network" (women too) that she is - with good reason - proud of having stood up against in her home state. Some of them might say they are doing her favours. Others might offer her pre-written speeches. . . .
. . . . but as the dems are about to step up, at a time when the world needs the USA to clean out its cold-war profiteer criminals, ex-covert ops snake-oil charmers etc, at least her ACTUAL record has a certain interest.

( BUT IT SEEMS ALL THE MORE CRUCIAL TO GET PEOPLE TO SORT COACHES< PUBLICITY ETC OUT FOR THE GLOBAL CLIMATE DAY OF ACTION - - - - DEC 6. ( next london meeting, sept 23rd, see prior newswires refence, or websites www.globalclimatecampaign.org or www.campaigncc.org
. . . . critical engagement is most useful. . . . but it is crucial ! cheers )

SARAH PALIN
BLAH BLAH HOCKEY MUM BLAH BLAH SHOOTS THINGS.
But there IS bit more to the tale.
Explains why the ACTUAL "establishment" types have TRIED to use "lefty" seeming outlets to slag her off a lot, or tried to diminish her actual effect through faint praise (dont-mention-the-Sorting-out-the-dodgy-dealers-in-her-party- bit) or distraction in their more usual outlets.
In her speech, she talks about how she

"took on the old "politics as usual" types, stood up to the "special interests", the lobbyists, big oil corporations, the "good ol'boys network"" . . . etc

Yes, I was suspicious too . . . . but looking at old local paper reports from years back ( eg the Daily News's "Fresh Face" two-parter ) - she actually means it.
Worth spending a few minutes to actually check it out - most of the useful stuff is halfway through it ) seeing as it was prior to a totally different campaign when all THIS malarkey wasnt in peoples DREAMS.
She had the guts to step back from her "own" lot THEN, when there WERE a lot of dodgy deals going on that she hadnt seen when she got into it all - in fact to work AGAINST a few of them - with a local Democrat - then won despite them.

So for those of us that see a lot of the way the world is getting flushed for a few to get flush, actual criminals hiding at the back of people whose scams were "legalised" by older dodgy deals with legislators that LACKED that integrity . . . . the idea that people in EACH of the "two" parties in the USA * that might win the election COULD break away from the people trying to "work their mouths" - or their minds ! - to kick-ass a bit to clean house . . . . thats a crucial half of the solution.

BUT IT AINT A L L OF IT.
HENCE, get campaigning - for sense in ALL quarters.

*ps !!!!
