The Dutch state lottery did not turn 2/3 monies promised.
Over a century the national lottery of the Netherlands called staatsloterij or state lottery has been operating in the Netherlands selling tickets to the 16 million inhabitants of the Netherlands and many tourists flocking to Holland each summer.
Have you bought a ticket? Chances that you win are slim. The lottery has been fraudulent all the time and the state knew and allowed this. People were told that 40 winners between 50000 and 100000 euros would be drawn each month and they would win these monies. But now it has emerged that they also drew out of the numbers that were not sold at all. Since they have many numbers in their lottery even in good months only one in 3 winning numbers were actually sold. The government still states that nothing is wrong with this practise. It means that if they add another number only one in 30 so called winning tickets will actually be sold. You really have to be lucky to win.
The state of the Netherlands also gathers monies by illegally holding children kidnapped from other countries and brought to the Netherlands. They then award the costs for 24/7 care to the parents. They legalised this by privatising the child social services.
