After weeks of outrage, enthousiasm and speculations, the belgian ngo Netwerk Vlaanderen reveals to be the mastermind behind this fake bank. The action turns out to be part of the campaign My Money. Clear Conscience?, which protests against controversial investments by commercial banks.
