Mr. Brian W. Haw V. Sir Ian Blair et al - THEFT!

Charity Sweet | 25.07.2007 19:21 | SOCPA | Iraq | Repression | London | World

Yesterday was most interesting, in the City of Westminster Magistrates' Courts.

What happened after court was even more interesting...

"Recuse yourself. You are not suitable. The issue of integrity and the veracity of this court is in question." - Brian W. Haw

"This case is bound to fail" - Corrupt District Judge Nicholas Evans

"You are showing bias and prejudice - please recuse yourself." - Brian

"We have no knowledge of the matters discussed by Mr. Haw... his problems of you dealing with this case..." - Criminal Prosecution Service

"I am under the impression that DJ Workman issued a summons against Sir Ian Blair. This is a simple case of theft. Tony and Sir Ian are responsible for an act of common theft. The court advised this matter be dealt with under the Property Act... The theft act is the appropriate vehicle." - Brian

"There is no dispute that the property belongs to Mr. Haw... not prepared to return the property to Mr. Haw at Parliament Square. This Friday may have a bearing on this case(in reference to the High Court cast at the Royal Courts of Justice regarding the insane conditions placed on the 'free' expression of Brian against infanticide, genocide, theft, rape and torture).

"Can you please recuse yourself sir. This will not be heard in your presence, sir. You are biased and prejudiced." - Brian

To make a long story short, we arrived at the maggot's courts on Horseshit Road and surprise, surprise, DJ Evans, as corrupt as ever, was hearing the case of returning the stolen property of Mr. Brian Haw and others that was seized on May, 23, 2006 without a warrant nor court order for said theft.

Of course, this is the same DJ who had Barbara and Brian assaulted within his courtroom. This bent piece of shit stated that he was withdrawing the summons of Sir Ian Blair and that he was dismissing the case.

Of course, the stalker who is called CX 674 - PC Roger S. Smith was present in court - the same jackass who fraudulently obtained an arrest warrant for Barbara Tucker in collusion with the probation service of Westminster Magistrates' Courts, claiming that her address was unknown when all know full well that she resides in Parliament Square as clearly stated on her community order as issued by the probation service.

As Barbara had laid information the day before in said courts, Mr. Wheatle decided to effect Barbara's court ban. When COWMC does not like the fact that a person is honest and is prepared to tell the truth and lay information against government officials - the city of Westminster bans them from the court. Barbara was refused re-entry to the courts to lay information against Roger S. Smith.

How is it that a PC has an office at the top of Charing Cross Police station and an UNLIMITED BUDGET to deal with those associated with the Peace Campaign of Mr. Brian W. Haw? Who exactly is Roger S. Smith? Is he MI5 or merely Gordon's rent-boy as passed onto him from Tony?

Upon returning to Parliament Square, I picked up my chalk and wrote in front of the statue of Winston. "Bollocks 2 Corrupt DJ N. Evans".

Surprise, surpise - the cops show up en masse with the meat wagon ready to cart me off yet again... not so fast...

WE have the argument of the Sex Pistols and Never Mind the Bollocks High Court case - bollocks is not profane. Round 1 - Charity

We have the criminal damage argument - please sue the manufacturers and it looks as it may rain and then where will the criminal damage be? Round 2 - Charity

A couple weeks back I was chinned by some idiot coming out of Parliament and went to the Parliamentary police to call for help. I was then further assaulted by a cop and arrested for breach of the peace. There was some confusion regarding the bail date and I was arrested on Friday 13, 2007 for supposedly jumping bail when I was trying to convince my solicitors, by phone, that I believed I was supposed to attend CX, minutes before being arrested by the head of parliamentary security - don't I feel special - NOT!

Attended court Monday in front of the bent DJ Wickham and both charges against me were withdrawn to cover up for the matter of who exactly chinned me from Parliament. The bail warrant was removed by telephone by the head of Parliamentary security in my presence....

So why were these arses attempting to arrest me on a warrant that had been cancelled, that I had already attended court for in which all charges had been withdrawn? Gordon Bennett... what are you like?

Fotunately, David Parry was across the way watching the whole fiasco and I was able to send the Sergeant present to speak with him and confirm to him what I had already clearly shown him in writing.

Another attempt at kidnapping? Sooner or later these idiots will be held accountable for their crimes against the peaceful public.

Royal High Courts of Justice, this Friday, 10:00 a.m. be there!
