Genoa/Diaz missing Molotovs update

Toscana Massonica | 25.01.2007 18:42 | G8 Russia 2006 | Repression | World

The Committee "Truth and Justice for Genoa" issued a press release earlier today stating that they had written an official complaint/ statement (esposto) to the Judicial Authorities in which they demand to know what has happened to the two molotovs amongst other things.
They go on to say that the missing Molotovs are only the latest in a whole series of delaying tactics, used by the police to try and impede the magistrates and stop the trial.

We want a inquiry into what has happened to the missing Molotovs

The Committee "Truth and Justice for Genoa" issued a press release earlier today stating that they had written an official complaint/statement (esposto) to the Judicial Authorities in which they demand to know what has happened to the two molotovs, amongst other things.
They go on to say that the missing Molotovs are only the latest in a whole series of delaying tactics, used by the police to try and impede the magistrates and stop the trial.
They mention photographs required by the magistrates to identify the police officers involved in the violence that were years out of date and useless for that purpose.
The complete list of the police officers who were involved in the Blitz on the Diaz was never supplied.
Refusal to identify the police office with the pony tail caught on film.
Refusal to reveal who's signatures were on the arrest warrant, of which 15 were unreadable.

Regarding the missing petrol bombs the Committee will present an official statement to the Judicial authorities and also ask for an immediate intervention from the Interior Ministry (Home Office) to order the police to open an internal inquiry, on the grounds that these irregularities are seriously damaging the credibility of the institutions and they should not be allowed to happen without a strong reaction from the political parties, who have all been rather quiet on the subject of Genoa for sometime.
(this is not perfect translation but I think I got the general gist. Anyway the original is pasted below with web site E mail and telephone numbers)

comunicato stampa

all'attività dei magistrati.

democratici.
