14 of january 2007 in St.-Petersburg group of about 10 nazi attacked with knives an activist of Food not bombs.

It's one of the sequence of mutiple nazi attacks.
On the 13th of november 2005 Timur Kacharava, a member of punk/hardcore band "Sandinista!" and also participant of Food not Bombs, was murdered by the group of about 10 nazis after Food not Bombs action in the very center of S.-Petersburg in the daytime. The trail is still delayed.

On the 16th of april 2006 in Moscow Alexander Ryuchin was murdered by group of nazis on his way to punk/hardcore concert, also because of anti-fascist believes. Some of the murders were caught but got accusations in "hooliganism".

Just recently, on the 22d 2006 in Moscow nazi tried to blow up in his staircase an anti-fascist. By some miracle he's ok, but 5 cops who were dealing with the bomb were in hospital, some of them almost blind.

There are more and more nazi attacks. Last autumn Russia faced pogroms (Kondopoga case) and ethnical cleanings (anti-georgians). The state supports fascists giving them suspended sentences and they feel more and more unpunished. Antifascists try to fight back. Some articles on this subject:
