The use of it to create "false flag" groups, or programme single people to tip events is getting looked at again by "straight" police forces across the world to explain some of the oddest incidents of the last 6 years - in fact - as Clinton apologised for the "radiation experiments" that used kids, a few years ago, it seemed much of this research was going to get "owned up to", brought out from the "curtain" of the black budgets in a gradual, cautious way - but - a lot of BIG odd things happened, delaying that process somewhat.
Nevertheless, things that WERE "conspiracy theory" speculation seem about to get blown. Of course, the original strategy was to blame the russians, say that they did it first, so the west had to keep up - but that isnt the case - yet expecting several dodgy versions to come out prior to the actual facts wont do much harm.
After the cold war, "Worst practise trickledown" was in fact the opening of floodgates. The self-penned tale of the ex-chief of E. Germanies cold war intel reveals he had LOTS of offers of employment - a minority were from states.
To cover up the ACTUAL abuse of these "tech'n'techniques" , e.m.p, full spectrum "marionette kontrolle" ultra malarkey, with the spin-off snake-oil charming fraudulence of several decades of very nasty games, many people have got spun with all kinds of other "legends". ( This isnt, of course, to say that all of the ingredients in the tales that got spun - or bent into shapes that allowed a plentiful amount of cheap minions for the "colonel kurt s of suburbia" were - in actual fact - empty - but to say that the people that were spinning the "yarns" THOUGHT they were ( ! ).
( A favourite moment of the cold war was to hear the - typical - tale of the USA info-war team that got told to spend the soviets down a cul-de-sac of armaments spend by getting them to think the USA was setting out to acquire the lead in certain sector of CHEM-BIO-WAR armaments. This they did. SUCCESS! The soviets sunk lots of scarce scientists, funds, etc, into "keeping up" with this "secret USA campaign". HA ! etc. Except it DID exist, VERY secret, then had to have lots FURTHER, USA scarce scientists, funds etc put into it to "catch up again".) *
Amongst the "legends" spun across people, it seems that "miracles", voice of god(s), wicca, comic book characters, - ALL sorts of things were claimed, rather than tell people they were, in fact, cut-outs in a series of people "semi-pupeteering" each other using nastier then nastier techniques ( blackmail is as effectual as "tech" after a bit, but if you are setting others up to take the fall for things, "nasty is good" - it causes the hate that distracts people from chasing after the dubei-ous "costa-del-dodgy-ex-secret-police" type of place ). As for the "perhaps" - a serious, agnostic but respectful attitude - as much as the old comprehension that, at times, two (or 3, or 4. . . . ) different ways of seeing the world ( spiritual or "practical" ) might have a surprising basis in fact, without either having to take the role of "badguy" -
- though, as the above "cynical" explanation shows - cheaper even than getting poor east-euro types, or "hustler" sting operators, is to get a bunch of people to THINK the "secret tribe" they are joining is a "NASTY" - hence - the dirtiest jobs didnt even need pay ! . Same techniques to manipulate somebody that thinks they are ultra-papist as extreme-islamic or f. mercury enthusiast ( plus ) . . . . but that doesnt mean miracles never happened, it doesnt mean a radical islamic approach is incorrect, perhaps even "RV" s have some basis in fact ( that "psychic warrior" book, despite its idiotic title, was written by some ex-USA army guy with a good record - so - perhaps -. . . . but, the fact of the scams is the MAIN problem.
