notting hill serve injunction on me that has the power of arrest without warrent and carries a max term of imprisonment of two years....am I bothered!
nothing hill housing lyers have blown out of context a situration that resulted in me responding to a under hand move by heather davis and lorrain gillbert.. This was brought on by davis and gillbert claiming to be concerned for my well being,..where by davis and a chum claim that they knocked my door as they were concerned for me...apon hearing my dog whippering..whats that lassie....they decided that I was dead and that the police should be called.....IN FACT IF THEY DID KNOCK MY DOOR THEN THEY WOULD HAVE NOTED THE CCTV..WHICH RECORDS TO HARDDRIVE...24/7...THIS CLEARLY SHOWS DAVIS AND CHUM PASSING THROUGH MY BLOCK AND STOPPING 4 METERS AWAY FROM MY DOOR...
DAVIS THEN POINTED AT MY DOOR AND SAID SOMETHING TO WHICH BOTH LAUGHTED....THE GOOD THING ABOUT THIS IS THEY HAVE MADE THEIR STATEMENTS AND ARE LOCKED INTO THEIR LIES...WHEN I PRODUCE MY HARD COPY OF REAL TIME FOOTAGE OF THEY TRUE ACTIONS ON APPEAL..ENTERED AS EXHIBIT 1.00A...WHO DO YOU THINK THE JUDGE WILL BELIEVE....WHOS BOTHERED NOW?
As a result of nhhl's actions the police were called though in the statements nhht claim only two police officers were called when in fact 5 to 6 police stormed my flat..I thought I was being raided...they were trying to get in windows and banging the hell out of the front door...In fairness they were acting in good faith...and I felt bad shouting at them to f*ck off from my property...to which they did...but when I found that it was nhht who sent the police round to mine I confronted them...
as a result they have taken my words completely out of context and in doing so have lied...nothing hill hear what they want and discard the rest...
now we have been fighting nhhl take over and round one is our victory...now round two and the vote is for a total knockout....to remove them off this estate once and for all...And my appeal is going to show davis and gillbert to be liers..And thats the only the start...of things to come!
