Once upon a time there was a site called IMUK and in the heady days of the Genoa G8 events and the London MayDay human rights abuses it was a haven for activists to report and organise actions.
Now, it seems as though activists only post here out of habit and organising actions is no longer happening but for a few select interests.

IMUK was met with great enthusiasm and expectation from the disparate non-hierarchical acivist scene. It even forced MSM to sit up and take notice of globalisation, Channel 4 news was featuring indepent reports from IMUK journos and they were even giving Mark Thomas money; The lorry drivers were giving Tony Blair hell. Things were looking optomistic.
Then a year on as Disarm Dicey were getting the sardine squash, Sept. 11th happened.

I have to ask, since I have been here since the beginning, has this site been deliberately infiltrated/targetted in order to discredit it and gradually drown it in some right-wing racists conspiracy shit? After the initial success of IMUK in joining up activists and even influencing MSM, is someone out to kick it down and hold it down?
How many of the original contributors are still here? How many of the old admins?
