Mr. Prime Minister
RE: Mr. Caul Silford Grant, JC8360, HMP Latchmere House, Church Road, Surrey. TW10 5HH
REF: Unlawful Detainment, False Imprisonment, Human Rights Abuses
Follow-up to the Campaign letters of 05/05/05, 25/03/05 and Mr. Caul Grant’s letters of 23/05/06, 31/05/06, 24/05/06, 02/05/06 & 10th October 2006, (respectively enclosed) we write further now that you have very little time left in office, to ensure redress for Mr. Caul Silford Grant’s unlawful imprisonment which has been brought to your attention for resolve since 1998.
The unruly lawlessness of your administration from an Home Office established on record ‘not fit for purpose’, to a Lord Chancellor’s Department, which during your administration has since 1998 failed to investigate or give re-dress to the documented evidence of judicial corruption and improprieties (responsible for Mr. Caul Silford Grant and other’s unlawful imprisonments) brought to both you and your department’s attention.
Should your Lord Chancellor and the Home Secretary continue in their arrogance to ignore the documented facts of Mr. Caul Silford Grant and others’ unlawful imprisonment before you step down from office, the next phase of our campaign will move to establish for the nation ‘the Judiciary alongside the Lord Chancellor’s Department is in contempt of both national and international law and thus cannot be allowed to continue with the hypocrisy of law enforcement on any citizen whilst deliberately ignoring the Rule of Law itself’.
Yours
