Oxford Animal Lab Builder Found!

Pearly_Gates | 16.10.2006 14:24 | Animal Liberation | Oxford | World

After months of exhaustive research we can today announce that the builders of Oxford University's new animal lab is Mace Ltd.

Action Alert - Oxford Animal Lab Builder Found

Building work on Oxford University's new animal research laboratory started again in December 2005 after an 18 month halt to the project. Since December, there has been much speculation as to who the builders are. Now, for the first time, SPEAK are able to name the company that are behind the animal lab building project

SPEAK have been sent documents that prove that prior to Montpellier pulling out of building the animal lab in July 2004, Mace Ltd were part of the building project. It is our belief that they were acting as project managers for the construction project. Documents sent to SPEAK clearly illustrate this point.

To see a summary of our extensive research on Mace Ltd, please click on the link:

When building work restarted on the Oxford animal lab in December 2005, SPEAK were adamant that we would find which company was playing a key role in the building project. Despite an elaborate security operation run by ex Special Forces operatives we have found that company. Now we enter the next phase of the campaign! SPEAK will be using all the resources available to us in order to stop the lab from being built. We have maintained from the beginning of our campaign that we will fight Oxford University's plans to build a new animal torture centre every inch of the way and we will use all possible strategies within a legal framework to achieve our aims. Mace Ltd will now be included in that strategy.

We have found the builders, now we still have all to play for, game on! Now more than ever it's vital that you join us in Oxford on Saturday 21st October. If you were undecided about joining us before, the news that the builders have been found will hopefully mean that you will see that your support is vital if we are to stop Oxford University from torturing and killing more animals.

Whatever you were planning to do on Saturday 21st October, ask yourself, can I put it off until later. The animals destined to die inside the new lab need you in Oxford! Please try and attend

Together we can and together we will WIN.
