Please don't attach claims of confidentiality to emails addressed to
publicly-archived Indymedia mailing lists, such as UK-Tech. Your post is
already visible on the internet, and in fact it is necessary that this
should be so; Indymedia conducts its business in public. Legalistic
riders of this kind turn me off quite strongly.
If you want to have confidential exchanges with individual Indymedia
participants, then these riders might make some sense. But if
you post to these lists, it's fair for people to assume that you've read
the FAQ, and understand that any supposed confidentiality is forfeit by
the act of posting to the list.
As far as your complaint is concerned, I have inspected the page, and
what I see is some rather unpleasant comment, ammounting essentially to
rudeness. Instead of attempting to get Indymedia to censor these posts,
wouldn't it be a better idea to try to come to terms with your
antagonist? Indymedia is basically opposed to censorship, and is
committed to open publishing, and these complaints present volunteers
with problems that (in my opinion) you should be solving, not us.
Someone else may read your post and take a more sympathetic view than
the one I've expressed; but for my part, I have taken no action on your
complaint.

This is what Labour Lord Tom Sawyer does as does Labour Lord Clive Soley does as does New Labour Nic Raynsford the ex Labour Housing Minister and Jonathan Buchanan the MI6 Officer who is a Director at Notting Hill Housing Trust at 27 Hammersmith Grove, Hammersmith London W6 OLJ. Just off King Street, Hammersmith.

[Why not be more transparent, accountable and open in your dealings with good tenants - instead of acting like dictators bent on hostility and aggression - just look what you did to poor Onike Porther - the manger that was recently killed by your senior staff - were you involved in her death? Do you want to suppress the background of her death?] Indymedia is basically opposed to censorship, and is committed to open publishing, and these complaints present volunteers with problems that (in my opinion) you should be solving, not us.
[Yet Notting Hill Housing Trust seem to enjoy and promote abuse of good tenants and provoke hostility of tenants on the widest scale possible.]
