Below is a quote and link from a previous indymedia article I posted as you can see from a google search of,'katsav bribes prostitute offshore account',or google my cynical attempt at humorous title,' Israeli President Moshe Katsav,An Orthodox Who ? The aljazeeera.com article is titled, 'After defeat in Lebanon: Scandals hit Israel' ,and is dated,8/21/2006 5:47:00 PM GMT at least 5 or 6 days after my indymedia article and basically quotes my cynical remark about Israeli President Moshe Katsav verbatim !
Do google search 'katsav bribes prostitute offshore account' to compare my statement and the date it was published on the indymedias or simply compare it for yourself here below,first my article,(written before aljazeera states,'At least one of the so far unidentified women goes on to state that Katsav has taken bribes for granting presidential pardons and that he has an offshore account number where he collects bribes for his services .These claims make him appear to be more of a political prostitute and hypocrite rather than the morally upright ' Orthodox ' Jew he pretends to be !...'

'offshore accounts' that is only in my writing. Israeli and other media made it clear that an account existed for Katsav to receive bribes for presidential pardons,a complainant had the account number and it was located outside of Israel.But only my article used the term

My thoughts on Al Jazeera and U.S.-UAE ties

endoscam@lycos.com The article below from Al Jazeeera is actually a Reuters article but discusses the effect of a recent Saudi stock crash on middle class Saudis and Arabs or others who 'invested'.
This mess also begs the question of how the George W Bush regime can lie about the openess or transparency of his clients states' economies such as Bush's assurances about the UAE and its supposed anti-money laundering priorities when he wanted to sell them our U.S. ports to a UAE concern, when obviously so much 'wild west' speculation is going on there and known U.S.and Beltway penny stock scam operators such as James Dale Davidson and his Saudi Nannaco penny stock scam among others.
And Al Jazeera who does appear to have plagiarized my statement re Mosh Katsav should perhaps itself consider investigating U.S. and Bush regime financial activities in Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,and Dubai and the UAE in general. A google search ,' bellador group' will
show efforts I have made to shut this boiler room operation using both Dubai and Saudi Arabia to no avail.The U.S. SEC of Chris Cox seems determined to allow and encourage the use of worthless penny stocks for fraud and money laundering in the Middle East and elsewhere ! Why ?
After all my complaints about Israeli President Moshe Katsav have everything to do with his involvement in a U.S. penny stock scam,UCSY or Universal Communications Systems,a fraud involving a British Israeli Michael Zwebner,a Palestinian-American Mohamid Hadid connected to a suspect Islamic charity out of Herndon,Virginia and of course Moshe Katsav himself.
However we find further that Al Ali Al Sabah of the Kuwait National Guard and Kuwait royalty has been involved in a Titan Corp(torturers at Abu Ghraib),Jeb Bush, Tom DeLay and U.S. Republican party scam called Skyway Communications that stole up to $40 million from investors and a DC-9 bought from that fraud has been caught in Mexico with over 5.5 tons of cocaine onboard ! That fraud alone can be traced back to Huffman Aviation of Venice,Florida owned by a Jeb Bush pal, Wally Hilliard ! Royal Sons a holding company in business with Skyway Communications
once gave its address as Huffman Aviation of Venice, Florida !
Also a Mr.Makram Majeed Chams a Lebanese who resided in Venice,Florida,ran a convenience store' and had a gambling boat caled Las Vegas In Venice !And this Titan Corp connected Lebanese received a $70,000 money transfer from Saudi Arabia prior to 9/11 for Miohamed Atta et.al..Makram Maheed Chams befriended Mr.Mohamed Atta in Venice and emigrated to Saudi Arabia from Florida immediately after 9/11 and has been suing his former employer Titan Corp of San Diego CALIFORNIA FROM THERE ! Note Mr.Chams did not return to his native Lebanon nor to Taliban controlled Afghanistan or Saddam Hussein's Iraq for safety.No,he went straight to the George W Bush allies of Saudi Arabia ! What Makram Chams,(who still resides in the land of the Bush regime's allies,the Saudi royals) Mohamed Atta,et.al., reaped on 9/11,as well as drug running that continues to be associated with the same Venice, Florida airport owned by Jeb Bush's pal Wally Hilliard where Mohamed Atta trained or bided his time waiting for 9/11, could very well have been paid for with the penny stock fraud and corruption that Bennett and Cox allow if not encourage ! Also that John Negroponte's Homeland Security and Christopher Cox 's SEC could have located Mr. Makram Chams at any time through the Homeland Security's corp whore,Titan Corporaton of San Diego. Mr.Cox could have done so through SEC fiings !
So it it Al Jazeeera that would be better to get off its duff and instead of plagiarise me on internet, interview me or better yet find the office of Bellador Group in Dubai and interview their Mr.Taylor or whoever there ! Or find the whereabouts of Makram Majeed Chams and ask him his relations with Mohamed Atta as well as with Titan Corporation !

So it appears that the U.S. dominated Saudi and UAE and Kuwait society is also the most corrupt in terms of stock frauds that steal not only from common Saudis and Arabs but also U.S. stock scams and frauds are being run out of there as well,probably with money laundering as a chief or main objective ! So Al Jazeera should stop plagiarizing me when the phrase fits,i.e.-a bitiing critique of Katsav and look within because everything I am saying about Katsav in terms of fraud and corruption applies to the upper or ruling classes that rules over the Saudi,Kuwaiti,UAE sphere that is trully in bed not with America but with the far right W Bush regime and its penny stock frauds,petroleum trafficking and probable drug trafficking and money laundering !

Saudi Arabia faces vast inequalities of wealth
An attempt to spread Saudi Arabia's oil wealth through mass share ownership has ended in tears for many ordinary Saudis after a stock market crash.
It was meant to be Saudi Arabia's bold effort at fairly distributing the vast wealth of another oil boom.
But hundreds of thousands have had their fingers burnt in a stock market crash since February that has sheared 40% from the value of the Arab world's largest bourse.
In the past three years, up to nine million Saudis, or half the population, have started playing the market in the conservative desert state, whose strict brand of Islam outlaws standard forms of gambling.
They were encouraged by a government which hoped the bourse would enable citizens to share in the economic boom that has come with a rise in world oil prices not seen since the 1970s. It hoped that would help to iron out some of the country's huge disparities of wealth.
Heavy losses
Now they are hesitant to return to the market and many say that Saudi Arabia's ultra-rich have abused an initiative intended to help the less well-off.

Abdullah, a photographer who lost 400,000 riyals ($107,000) since investing five months ago, said: "The psychology has changed. Now no one is interested in the market, no one is going to put their money back there so easily."
Hoping to buy himself a fancy villa, Abdullah borrowed money from a bank and then added some of his wife's savings to his own, before placing 500,000 riyals ($133,000) in last year's boom market.
"The market regulator is to blame. It should not have allowed the market to go up so far and to let these people manipulate it at will," he said.
"Ordinary folks like me lost, and what fault is it of ours?"
The government and its Capital Markets Authority (CMA) have blamed the crash on wealthy, sophisticated speculators who drove prices to record levels over the past year, then pulled out of the market when the CMA tried to impose order.
Before, the media raved about teachers and pupils skipping class to track their stock options and mind their portfolios.
Now, they relate tales of bankruptcy, reclaimed houses and heart attacks in trading rooms.
Sociologist Azza al-Mihdar said: "It has been incredibly negative. Marital relations have been hurt, people have neglected their jobs.
"I know many who gave up working just so they could give all their time to playing the bourse."
'Cold-hearted robbery'
In an authoritarian state with no tolerance of public protest or room for political expression, thousands of Saudis have turned to internet chatrooms to vent their anger.

Columnist Khalid al-Majid, on one website this week, said: "What started as a correction ended as a major theft of defenceless people by a mafia committing cold-hearted robbery.
"The stock market is creating a rupture in society that will not be easily fixed. We are a people heading for poverty. What do we imagine our situation will be when this boom is over?" he said.
Though there has been no danger to the country's wider economic health, the government has had to be seen as acting to counter the deep sense of injustice.
K ing Abdullah, whose media persona is of a modernising father figure, issued a decree on Sunday cutting domestic fuel prices by 30%. The CMA has pledged to "out" speculators and revolutionise the market information flow.
Thegovernment says its project to involve as many as possible in ownership of national firms is still on track.
Abdullah Shamasi, editor of the economic magazine al-Eqtisadiah, said: "It's still alive and the state is still encouraging citizens into the market.
"Even the 'professional investors' lost millions of riyals. We can't say that the speculators gained and the small guy lost. Everyone lost."
Paying the price
For one cleric, though, some Saudis are paying the price for having let greed eclipse their devotion to God.
Shaikh Ayidh al-Garni was quoted this week as saying at a lecture, "It's shameful that some good Muslims became so preoccupied with commerce and shares that they missed daily prayers and would only open the Quran once a week on a Friday."
Yet al-Garni, one of Saudi Arabia's most influential shaikhs, was careful to give his blessing to entering the bourse.
"Show me the way to market!" he said, citing a saying by a companion of the Prophet Muhammad.
